Once your event date is confirmed with Patrice, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required within 7 days to secure your booking. Payment of this deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The remaining balance of the menu cost is payable upon final confirmation of guest numbers, due 7 days prior to your event. Patrice will issue an invoice, and direct deposit is preferred. Please make payment upon receipt of the invoice.

Payment via credit card is also available, with a 2% surcharge.
If you need to cancel, please provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Final numbers confirmed at the 7-day mark will be used to calculate the final invoice. If guest numbers decrease after this time, no refund will be issued.
Please collect dietary requirements when you invite your guests and provide these to us no later than 7 days before the event. Due to the nature of Maison by Patrice’s offering, not all dietary requests may be accommodated, though every effort will be made.
The Maison by Patrice kitchen may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten, and other known allergens. While all care is taken to meet dietary needs, Maison by Patrice accepts no liability for any adverse reaction caused by consumption of our food.
