Maison (French for “home”) was brought to life through my many years working in restaurants and a passion for local produce. As the owner/ chef of hatted Melbourne restaurant Koots Salle à Manger, I put my own modern spin on French cuisine, interpreting the classics with a fresher, lighter accent. With Maison, I design bespoke menus and personally prepare them on-site in your home or accommodation, allowing you to relax and enjoy an intimate, communal dining experience. For me, it’s not just about the food – it’s about the shared moments, with local produce always at the heart of it.
